Every website is required to have a shipment policy on the website. This page needs to be easily approachable.
This example is made by us and only customers at Chase Marketing (Chase B.V.) can use this for your website.
During opening hours [WEBSITE URL] will usually be able to handle and package your order immediately. We try to deliver on the following day (no delivery on Sundays) within the Netherlands (longer when shipped to a different country).
If a delivery cannot be made because you are not at home, the deliverer service will leave you a notification. In that case, the notification will indicate if your order will be delivered again at a later date, has been delivered to one of your neighbours or will be delivered to the nearest (Post NL) pick-up point (in the Netherlands).
Withing the Netherlands we have FREE SHIPPING, regardless of how many items have been ordered.
Shipping costs to countries other than the Netherlands can be calculated on the My-shopping-bag page once you have placed one or more items in your cart.
Within the Netherlands, we aim to get your order delivered between 1-3 working days. Within the Netherlands custom made orders can take 1-7 working days. Within the rest of the European countries, orders will be delivered between 3 to 7 working days. For custom made orders within Europe 3-10 days. Orders placed from a non-European country will have a delivery time of 5 to 10 working days. For custom made cap orders for non-European orders 5-20 days.
Track & Trace and shipping confirmation
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation of shipment from [WEBSITE URL] at the email address you have provided, including a track-and-trace code. With this code, you can easily and quickly track the status of your order on the website of the delivery service.
